In-Person, Online Video or Telephone Psychotherapy Session Fees
Individuals - $200 - for a 50 minute session
Couples & Relationship Therapy - $240 - for a 50 minute session
CANCELLATIONS & MISSED SESSIONS
The Following Fees Apply to Cancellations and Missed Sessions: 48 hours notice of cancellation - No Fee will be charged to you
24 hours notice of cancellation - Half of the Session Fee will be charged to you
If you Miss a Session or provide Less Than 24 Hours Notice - The Full Session Fee will be charged to you
(Note: For online sessions - If there is a technical difficulty or power outage, we will discuss alternate appointment arrangements.)
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Payment is due prior to the session or immediately at the end of the session.
Currently, we accept payment by E-transfer.
RECEIPTS
We will email you an official receipt after payment is received.
Note: Fees paid to a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario are recognized by the Canada Revenue Agency for the purpose of the medical expense tax credit.
DOCUMENT REQUESTS
All requests for documents must be received by email from the client. Please provide client with document request prior to contacting us.
Any request for documents received by mail will require the client's prior consent.
Fees for document provision are billed by time at the the psychotherapist's current 50 minute session rate.
